We have developed a range of fresh approaches to developing leaders and managers that are aimed at supporting organisational change. Often in times of significant turmoil in organisations personal development is a central part of the adjustment and re-skilling process. Helping organisations and individuals find these areas of overlap is exciting and productive work.
We draw from a number of sources. You may recognise our focus on strengths based approaches. We use Appreciative Inquiry on a regular basis and have a particular leaning towards work by Gallup and Marcus Buckingham. We’ve also worked extensively with Adaptive Leadership.
